Description & Features of Tilting Crucible Furnace

Tilting crucible furnace can also be called simple centralized melting furnace, the same purpose as centralized melting furnace, can be used to melt non-ferrous metals with low melting point (below 850 C), such as aluminum, zinc, lead, tin and so on. In practice, it is better than centralized melting furnace, especially suitable for multi-material or small amount of aluminum, high water quality requirements for the use of enterprises.
Performance characteristics:
1.Easy to use: the old furnace is shut down without slow rise or slow down, and maintenance is very simplily.
2.Cylinder tilting design, eliminating the plugging of consumables, safety, can be poured out of the furnace molten aluminum, easy to replace the aluminum brand.
3.Furnace refractory for high-strength castable seamless grouting molding, service life of more than 5 years.
4.Crucible can be made from Japan, England, Germany and domestic graphite crucible.
5.Optional fuel: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and No. 0 diesel.
6.Automatic temperature control, equipped with over temperature alarm, flame out alarm and other functions. The operation is simple and safe.
